Who this program is designed for: If you can do between 20 and 40 push-ups. If you can do more than 40 push-ups at one time, please check out Push Up Program 3.0 or higher.

Length: 4 weeks
No. of workouts: 7 per week
Workout length: 15 to 30 mins. per workout

Goal: develop proper push-up technique, build strength and endurance + increase push-ups to more than 20x without a rest
