I created The Spear Method specifically to help men over 40 lose weight, exercise and change their mindset so they can feel better.
When I became a Dad and turned 40, I struggled balancing life's demands. I went through periods of binging on fast food and not prioritizing my health. Life felt hopeless at times, but I knew I needed to show up better, which meant having a plan and leaning on people for support.
I love what I do because I get to watch my clients realize things they never thought were possible.
